Shipping & Returns

Shipping charge is set to a flat fee of RM10. The shipping cost is shown once you place your order and perform Checkout.

All shipping fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Borneorc.com reserves the right to alter, apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at our absolute discretion.

Your orders will be processed on a daily basis, Monday to Sunday. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 2 pm (Malaysian Time GMT +8). Orders that are placed on weekends or on Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days once the payment has been sent and confirmed.

We endeavour to get your item(s) shipped to you as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet the scheduled delivery on all occasions. Delivery times for suburban/remote areas may be longer. Delivery times are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

All risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon dispatch of the item(s) to the advised recipient address. We undertake the responsibility to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but are not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor do we insure against loss or damage of your purchase in transit.

Buyer is to pay for the shipping fees again if shipping was returned due to incorrect address provided by buyer.
